- Log detailed case notes and update customer profiles in our CRM system accurately.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to escalate complex technical issues.
- Provide product recommendations and answer questions regarding services and billing.
- Adhere to all company policies and quality assurance standards.
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED is required.
- Previous experience in customer service or call center operations is preferred but not mandatory.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
- Basic proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and computer navigation.
- Must be available to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as required.
