- Provide exceptional customer support via phone, email, and in-person during evening hours (3 PM - 11 PM)
- Assist clients with service inquiries, account information, and basic troubleshooting
- Maintain accurate documentation of customer interactions and service requests
- Collaborate with day team to ensure seamless service continuity
- Support community outreach initiatives during evening events
- Adhere to company protocols while maintaining a friendly, professional demeanor
- Contribute to a positive team environment through open communication
Qualifications
- No prior experience required – comprehensive training provided
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED)
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Reliable transportation to Harbor Island location
- Ability to stand/walk for extended periods during shifts
- Basic computer literacy and comfort with digital tools
- Flexible schedule availability including weekends
