Responsibilities
- Manage high-volume inbound and outbound customer calls during evening shifts.
- Resolve customer issues and inquiries with empathy and efficiency.
- Document customer interactions accurately in our CRM system.
- Collaborate with the support team to improve service protocols.
- Identify and escalate complex issues to senior management when necessary.
- Provide product and service information to clients.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (Associate’s degree preferred).
- Strong verbal communication and active listening skills.
- Basic computer proficiency and typing speed of 40 WPM.
- Ability to work evenings and weekends as required.
- Positive attitude and a customer-first mindset.
