Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional customer service to evening shoppers, addressing inquiries with a friendly and professional demeanor.
- Assist customers with product selection, providing detailed information to ensure satisfaction.
- Process sales transactions accurately using Point of Sale (POS) systems.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and visually appealing sales floor according to company standards.
- Handle returns, exchanges, and merchandise adjustments efficiently.
- Collaborate with the evening shift team to ensure store operations run smoothly and inventory is managed.
- Adhere to all company policies, procedures, and safety guidelines during evening operations.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent required.
- Previous retail or customer service experience is a plus but not mandatory (we train the right candidates).
- Must be available to work evenings, including weekends and holidays.
- Basic computer proficiency and ability to learn POS software quickly.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to work well in a team environment.
- Ability to stand and move around the sales floor for extended periods.
