Responsibilities
- Greet and welcome customers warmly upon entry, maintaining a high-energy atmosphere.
- Operate point-of-sale (POS) systems with accuracy and speed to process transactions.
- Answer phone inquiries and respond to emails with professionalism.
- Assist in organizing merchandise, restocking shelves, and maintaining visual standards.
- Collaborate with floor staff to ensure efficient store operations.
- Handle customer inquiries and resolve complaints to ensure satisfaction.
- Adhere to all company policies regarding safety and security.
Qualifications
- Must be available to work evening shifts (typically 3:00 PM – 11:00 PM).
- Excellent verbal communication skills and a friendly, approachable demeanor.
- Ability to stand for extended periods and move around the sales floor.
- Reliable transportation to and from the workplace.
- High school diploma or GED preferred (but not strictly required).
- Basic computer literacy and ability to learn new POS software quickly.
