- Collaborate with the morning shift team to ensure seamless handovers.
- Identify opportunities to upsell products and services to existing clients.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required; prior customer service experience preferred.
- Must be available to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Proficiency with computers and CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, Zendesk).
