Responsibilities
- Handle incoming customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat during evening shifts (4:00 PM - 12:00 AM).
- Resolve product and service issues with patience and professionalism.
- Process orders, returns, and exchanges accurately and efficiently.
- Update customer information in the CRM system after every interaction.
- Collaborate with the support team to address complex escalations.
- Maintain a high level of product knowledge to assist customers effectively.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Previous customer service experience is preferred but not mandatory.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to work evenings and weekends as required by the schedule.
- Basic computer literacy and typing speed of 35 WPM.
