- Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and live chat during evening hours.
- Resolve customer issues efficiently and professionally.
- Document all interactions and account updates accurately in our CRM system.
- Collaborate with the day shift team to ensure seamless operations.
- Identify opportunities to improve the customer service process.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or GED equivalent.
- Must be available to work evenings and weekends.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook).
- Previous customer service experience is a plus but not required.
