Responsibilities
- Prepare and serve premium coffee/espresso beverages with precision and artistry
- Manage cash transactions and POS systems with accuracy
- Engage customers with friendly service and product knowledge
- Maintain immaculate cleanliness of workstations and customer areas
- Assist with inventory management and stock rotation
- Collaborate with team members during peak evening rushes
- Uphold food safety standards and allergen protocols
Qualifications
- Must be 18+ years old (Nevada alcohol service compliance)
- Available for evening shifts (4 PM - 11 PM, weekends included)
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
- Basic math skills for cash handling
- Reliable transportation to our Las Vegas location
