Responsibilities
- Deliver exceptional guest service during evening hours (4 PM - 1 AM)
- Manage reservations and seating arrangements efficiently
- Process payments and maintain accurate cash handling
- Coordinate with kitchen staff for seamless order fulfillment
- Uphold cleanliness and safety standards throughout shifts
- Assist with event setup and breakdown for evening functions
- Train new associates on hospitality best practices
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year customer service experience
- Evening/night shift availability required
- Basic POS system proficiency
- Food Handler's certification (or willingness to obtain)
- Strong communication and conflict resolution skills
- Ability to work in fast-paced environments
- Valid Florida driver's license (for catering runs)
