Your Key Responsibilities
- Manage the front desk operations from 7:00 PM to 3:00 AM, ensuring seamless check-ins and check-outs.
- Reconcile daily financial transactions, including guest folios and cash handling, ensuring 100% accuracy.
- Monitor building security and safety protocols to ensure the well-being of guests and staff.
- Respond promptly and professionally to guest inquiries via phone, email, or in-person.
- Perform wake-up calls and coordinate special requests for VIP guests.
- Maintain a clean and organized workspace, including the lobby and front desk area.
What We Are Looking For
- High school diploma or GED equivalent required.
- Previous experience in hospitality, customer service, or front desk operations is preferred but not mandatory.
- Strong attention to detail and advanced proficiency with accounting software and POS systems.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and solve problems efficiently during night shifts.
- A valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
