As an Evening Barista & Server, you'll craft specialty coffee drinks, serve craft beverages, and deliver exceptional customer service during our busiest evening hours. Responsibilities
- Prepare and serve premium coffee drinks, craft cocktails, and non-alcoholic beverages
- Provide exceptional customer service with warm, personalized interactions
- Manage cash handling and POS transactions accurately
- Maintain cleanliness of service areas and equipment
- Collaborate with team during peak evening rushes
- Upsell seasonal specials and loyalty program offerings
Qualifications
- Minimum 6 months experience in food/beverage service
- Ability to work evenings (5 PM - 11 PM) weekends required
- Strong multitasking skills in fast-paced environments
- Basic knowledge of coffee preparation techniques
- TABC certification (or willingness to obtain)
- Positive attitude and team player mentality
- Must be available at least 3 evenings per week
