Responsibilities
- Expertly prepare and present specialty coffee beverages including espresso, lattes, and seasonal creations
- Provide exceptional customer service with warm, personalized interactions
- Operate POS systems and handle cash/credit transactions accurately
- Maintain pristine cleanliness of coffee station, equipment, and customer areas
- Support inventory management and restock supplies during evening shifts
- Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth evening operations
- Adhere to all food safety and hygiene protocols
Qualifications
- Minimum 6 months of customer service or food/beverage experience
- Basic knowledge of coffee brewing techniques and equipment
- Strong multitasking abilities in fast-paced environments
- Flexible availability including evenings (4 PM - 11 PM) and weekends
- Positive attitude and passion for creating memorable customer experiences
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 30 lbs
- Reliable transportation and punctuality
