Responsibilities
- Prepare and serve specialty coffee beverages with precision and artistry
- Provide exceptional customer service with genuine warmth and product knowledge
- Operate POS systems efficiently and handle cash transactions accurately
- Maintain clean and organized workspace including espresso machines and service areas
- Collaborate with team members during peak evening rush periods
- Assist with inventory management and restocking of supplies
- Adhere to all health and safety protocols consistently
Qualifications
- Minimum 6 months experience in food service or coffee preparation
- Basic knowledge of espresso brewing techniques and coffee varieties
- Strong interpersonal skills and ability to multitask in high-pressure situations
- Flexible availability for evening shifts (4 PM - 11 PM) including weekends
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 lbs
- Valid food handler certification (or willingness to obtain)
