Responsibilities
- Prepare and serve specialty coffee beverages with precision and artistry
- Provide exceptional customer service during evening peak hours (4 PM - 11 PM)
- Maintain clean, organized workspace and equipment
- Process cash and digital payments accurately
- Collaborate with team on inventory management
- Develop and share coffee brewing expertise with customers
- Contribute to a positive, inclusive team atmosphere
Qualifications
- Previous barista or customer service experience preferred
- Ability to work evenings and weekends consistently
- Basic cash handling and POS system knowledge
- Strong communication and multitasking skills
- Reliable transportation to Pine Avenue location
- Must be 18+ with eligibility to work in the US
- Passion for coffee and willingness to learn
