Responsibilities
- Prepare and serve specialty coffee/espresso drinks with precision and artistry
- Engage customers with warm, knowledgeable service about coffee origins and brewing methods
- Manage cash transactions and POS system efficiently
- Maintain pristine cleanliness of coffee station and customer areas
- Collaborate with team during peak evening rushes to ensure seamless service
- Assist with inventory management and restocking of coffee supplies
Qualifications
- Minimum 6 months experience in food service or coffee preparation
- Ability to work evenings (4 PM - 11 PM) and weekends
- Strong customer service orientation with excellent communication skills
- Basic math proficiency for handling cash transactions
- Flexibility to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 lbs
- Must be authorized to work in the United States
