Responsibilities
- Expertly prepare and serve specialty coffee drinks, espresso beverages, and seasonal offerings
- Provide exceptional customer service with warm, personalized interactions
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the coffee station and customer areas
- Process cash and digital payments accurately using POS systems
- Assist with inventory management and restocking of coffee supplies
- Collaborate with evening team to ensure smooth operations during peak hours
Qualifications
- Previous food service or barista experience preferred but not required
- Strong customer service orientation with excellent communication skills
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
- Reliable transportation and consistent evening availability (15-25 hours/week)
- Basic math skills for handling cash transactions
- Must be 18+ years old to handle alcohol-related duties if applicable
