Responsibilities
- Prepare and serve high-quality espresso drinks, teas, and pastries with precision
- Operate POS system efficiently while maintaining accurate cash handling
- Engage customers with warm, personalized service during evening rushes
- Maintain clean and organized workspace including espresso machines and service areas
- Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth evening operations
- Assist with inventory management and restocking during closing procedures
Qualifications
- Previous barista or food service experience preferred
- Ability to work evenings consistently (4 PM - 11 PM, weekends required)
- Strong multitasking skills in fast-paced environments
- Basic math proficiency for cash handling and inventory
