Responsibilities
- Expertly prepare and serve specialty coffee drinks, espresso beverages, and seasonal menu items
- Provide exceptional customer service with genuine warmth and product knowledge
- Operate and maintain espresso machines, grinders, and brewing equipment
- Manage cash transactions accurately using POS systems
- Ensure cleanliness and organization of service areas, counters, and equipment
- Collaborate with team to maintain consistent quality during peak evening hours
- Support inventory management and restock supplies efficiently
Qualifications
- Minimum 6 months of barista or customer service experience preferred
- Basic knowledge of coffee brewing techniques and espresso preparation
- Strong interpersonal skills with a friendly, approachable demeanor
- Ability to multitask efficiently in a fast-paced environment
- Flexible availability including evenings, weekends, and holidays
- Reliable transportation and punctual work ethic
- Food Handler/ServSafe certification a plus
