Responsibilities
- Prepare specialty coffee drinks and artisanal beverages to perfection
- Deliver exceptional customer service during evening rush hours
- Manage cash register and POS transactions accurately
- Maintain clean, organized workspace and equipment
- Collaborate with team during peak evening service periods
- Assist with inventory management and restocking
Qualifications
- Previous barista or customer service experience preferred
- Ability to work evenings (4 PM - 11 PM) weekends required
- Strong communication and multitasking skills
- Basic cash handling proficiency
- Food Handler's Certificate (or willingness to obtain)
- Positive attitude and team player mentality
