Responsibilities
- Expertly prepare and serve specialty coffee drinks per brand standards
- Engage warmly with customers, ensuring exceptional service during evening rush
- Maintain sparkling cleanliness of coffee station, seating areas, and equipment
- Process cash and digital transactions accurately and efficiently
- Assist with inventory management and restocking of supplies
- Collaborate with team members to create a welcoming atmosphere
Qualifications
- Minimum 6 months experience in food service or customer-facing role
- Passion for coffee and willingness to learn brewing techniques
- Strong interpersonal skills and ability to multitask effectively
- Availability to work evenings (4 PM - 11 PM) weekends required
- Basic math skills for handling cash transactions
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 30 lbs
