Responsibilities
- Expertly prepare and serve specialty coffee beverages, pastries, and light dinner items
- Provide outstanding customer service with warm, personalized interactions
- Maintain pristine cleanliness of station, equipment, and customer areas
- Process payments accurately and efficiently through POS systems
- Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure seamless evening service
- Assist with inventory management and restocking of supplies
Qualifications
- Minimum 6 months experience in food/beverage service or customer-facing role
- Basic knowledge of coffee brewing techniques and equipment
- Availability to work evenings (4 PM - 11 PM) including weekends
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
- Food Handler's Certification preferred (training provided if needed)
- Must be authorized to work in the United States
