Responsibilities
- Prepare and serve specialty coffee beverages with precision and artistry
- Engage warmly with customers, taking orders and providing menu recommendations
- Maintain pristine cleanliness of all equipment, counters, and seating areas
- Process transactions accurately using POS systems while handling cash/credit cards
- Collaborate with team during high-traffic evening rushes to ensure seamless service
- Assist with inventory management and restocking of coffee supplies
- Adhere strictly to food safety protocols and allergen awareness procedures
Qualifications
- Minimum 6 months experience in food service or barista role preferred
- Basic knowledge of coffee brewing techniques and equipment operation
- Strong interpersonal skills with ability to multitask in fast-paced settings
- Availability to work evenings (4 PM - 11 PM) weekends required
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 lbs
- Food Handler's certification (or willingness to obtain upon hire)
