Responsibilities
- Prepare and serve premium coffee/espresso beverages with precision
- Deliver exceptional customer service with warm, genuine interactions
- Manage cash handling and POS transactions accurately
- Maintain a clean, organized, and inviting café environment
- Assist with inventory management and stock replenishment
- Collaborate with team members during busy evening rushes
- Adhere to strict food safety and hygiene standards
Qualifications
- Previous barista or food service experience preferred
- Ability to work evenings (4 PM - 11 PM) weekends
- Strong attention to detail and multitasking skills
- Basic math proficiency for cash handling
- Positive attitude and exceptional communication skills
- Reliable transportation to evening shifts
- Must be 18+ (alcohol service potential)
- Flexible availability including weekends/holidays
