Responsibilities
- Prepare and serve specialty coffee drinks using professional espresso machines and grinders
- Operate provided high-end brewing equipment (e.g., La Marzocco, Breville)
- Engage customers with product knowledge and friendly service
- Maintain cleanliness of all provided equipment and workspace
- Train on new coffee equipment and seasonal menu items
- Assist with inventory management of coffee supplies
Qualifications
- Previous barista experience preferred (training provided for equipment)
- Basic knowledge of coffee brewing techniques
- Ability to operate commercial coffee machinery (training included)
- Strong customer service and communication skills
- Ability to stand for extended periods
- Flexible schedule availability (early mornings, weekends)
