Responsibilities
- Respond to customer inquiries via email, chat, and phone in a timely and professional manner.
- Resolve technical issues and answer questions regarding our software products.
- Document all customer interactions and feedback in our CRM system accurately.
- Collaborate with the product team to suggest improvements based on customer feedback.
- Assist in onboarding new clients and ensuring they understand our services.
- Maintain a high level of product knowledge to provide accurate assistance.
Qualifications
