Responsibilities
- Prepare and serve specialty coffee beverages following recipes and quality standards
- Operate espresso machines, grinders, and other coffee equipment
- Provide exceptional customer service with warm, personalized interactions
- Maintain clean and organized workspace including counters, equipment, and seating areas
- Handle cash transactions and operate POS systems accurately
- Assist with inventory management and restocking supplies
- Adhere to food safety and sanitation protocols
Qualifications
- No prior barista experience required – we train everything!
- Must be 18+ years old or possess valid work authorization
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 lbs
- Strong communication skills and friendly demeanor
- Reliable punctuality and consistent attendance
- Basic math skills for handling transactions
- Team player with willingness to learn new skills
- Passion for coffee and customer service preferred
