Responsibilities
- Prepare and serve high-quality espresso drinks, drip coffee, and specialty beverages according to recipes and standards
- Provide exceptional customer service, taking orders with a friendly and efficient approach
- Maintain a clean and organized work station, including espresso machines, grinders, and service areas
- Handle cash register transactions accurately and responsibly
- Assist with inventory management and restocking of coffee supplies and retail products
- Adhere to food safety and sanitation protocols at all times
- Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth operations during peak hours
Qualifications
- No prior barista or coffee experience required – we train everyone!
- Strong work ethic and punctuality with reliable transportation
- Basic math skills for handling cash transactions
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 lbs
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn new skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining composure
- Must be available for early morning, evening, and weekend shifts
- Alcohol Awareness certification preferred (training provided if needed)
