Responsibilities
- Define and execute the company's 2026 Technology Roadmap, identifying emerging trends in AI and Quantum.
- Lead the integration of next-gen algorithms and disruptive technologies into core product lines.
- Collaborate with R&D, Product, and Engineering teams to prototype future-state solutions.
- Manage the technology budget and forecast long-term R&D investments with high precision.
- Evaluate and mitigate risks associated with adopting cutting-edge, unproven technologies.
- Drive cross-functional alignment to ensure technology strategies support business goals.
- Represent Nexus Horizon at industry conferences and tech summits.
Qualifications
- 10+ years of experience in strategic technology leadership, executive management, or product strategy.
- Deep expertise in Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning, or Quantum Computing architectures.
- Proven track record of successfully launching disruptive tech products or platforms.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate complex data into actionable strategies.
- Exceptional communication skills, capable of presenting technical concepts to C-level stakeholders.
- Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or Business Administration (MBA preferred).
