Responsibilities
- Define the 2026 Vision: Create and own the long-term technology roadmap, identifying key emerging technologies (AI, Quantum, Biotech) that will define the year 2026 and beyond.
- Lead R&D Initiatives: Oversee advanced research and development projects, ensuring they align with the company's strategic objectives and market demands.
- Strategic Partnerships: Cultivate relationships with leading universities, research institutions, and tech startups to stay ahead of the curve.
- Cross-Functional Leadership: Guide engineering, product, and design teams to integrate futuristic solutions into current product pipelines seamlessly.

Qualifications
- Experience: 15+ years of experience in technology leadership, with at least 5 years in a senior strategy or innovation role.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or Business; Master’s degree or MBA is a plus.
- Tech Stack: Deep understanding of Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning, and Quantum Computing architectures.
