- Identify and evaluate emerging tech trends (e.g., autonomous systems, biotech convergence) to ensure our products remain market-leading.
- Establish the architectural framework for scalable, high-performance systems capable of handling massive data loads.
- Collaborate with executive leadership to translate complex technical visions into actionable business strategies.
- Oversee the development of ethical guidelines and safety protocols for advanced AI deployment.
- Mentor senior engineers and foster a culture of radical innovation and forward-thinking.
Qualifications
- Masterβs degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical field (PhD preferred).
- 10+ years of experience in senior leadership roles within the technology sector, specifically in R&D or Strategy.
- Deep technical expertise in Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning, or Distributed Systems.
- Proven track record of delivering large-scale, complex technical projects on schedule and within budget.
- Strong understanding of cloud-native architectures (AWS, Azure, GCP) and edge computing.
- Exceptional communication skills with the ability to articulate complex concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
- Passion for the future and a demonstrated ability to anticipate industry shifts years in advance.
