Responsibilities
- Define the 2026 Strategic Roadmap: Create a comprehensive technology roadmap focused on Agentic AI, Quantum-ready infrastructure, and edge computing integration.
- Lead Autonomous Systems: Oversee the development and deployment of autonomous agents designed to optimize enterprise workflows and decision-making processes.
- Bridge Research & Production: Collaborate with top-tier research institutions and internal engineering teams to translate cutting-edge AI research into scalable, production-ready software.
- Ethical AI Governance: Establish frameworks for AI safety, bias mitigation, and responsible data usage to ensure compliance with emerging global standards.
- Stakeholder Communication: Articulate complex technical strategies to C-suite executives and non-technical stakeholders, driving buy-in for long-term initiatives.
- Talent Acquisition & Mentorship: Build and lead a high-performance team of AI researchers, data scientists, and engineers.
Qualifications
- Education: Master’s degree or PhD in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning, or a related technical field.
- Experience: Minimum of 10+ years of experience in AI/ML, with at least 5 years in a senior leadership or architectural role.
- Technical Proficiency: Deep understanding of Large Language Models (LLMs), Natural Language Processing (NLP), Reinforcement Learning, and Vector Databases.
- Strategic Vision: Proven track record of defining long-term technology strategies that align with business goals.
- Leadership: Demonstrated ability to lead cross-functional teams and manage high-stakes projects.
- Adaptability: Comfortable navigating ambiguity and rapidly evolving technology landscapes.
