Responsibilities
- Prepare and serve hot and cold beverages (espresso, pour-over, cold brew) following strict recipes and quality standards.
- Operate and maintain espresso machines, grinders, and other brewing equipment with precision.
- Maintain a pristine and organized store environment, including restocking supplies and cleaning workstations.
- Engage with customers warmly, take orders accurately, and provide recommendations to enhance their experience.
- Handle cash and card transactions accurately using the POS system and reconcile daily sales.
- Assist in training new hires and ensuring adherence to company policies and safety protocols.
Qualifications
- 1+ years of professional barista experience preferred, but passionate beginners are encouraged to apply.
- Excellent customer service skills with a friendly and outgoing demeanor.
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment during peak hours.
- Physical stamina to stand for extended periods and lift up to 50 lbs safely.
- Availability to work flexible shifts, including weekends and holidays.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to food safety and hygiene standards.
