Responsibilities
- Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and in-person with professionalism and empathy
- Process transactions and maintain accurate client records in our CRM system
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve complex service issues
- Conduct outreach to connect community members with essential resources
- Support community events and promotional activities on weekends
- Continuously update knowledge of local services and programs
- Maintain confidentiality and adhere to HIPAA/FERPA compliance standards
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (college degree preferred)
- 1+ years customer service or retail experience
- Strong bilingual proficiency in English and Spanish (required)
- Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software
- Exceptional communication and conflict resolution skills
- Ability to work flexible hours including evenings and weekends
- Valid Texas driver's license (for occasional community visits)
