Responsibilities
- Provide direct client support during evening hours (4 PM - 10 PM) including resource navigation and crisis intervention
- Assist with intake processes, documentation, and data entry in our client management system
- Coordinate with local shelters and service providers for client referrals
- Conduct wellness checks and safety assessments for program participants
- Facilitate evening workshops on life skills and community resources
- Maintain accurate records and report client outcomes to program managers
- Collaborate with day staff to ensure seamless service continuity
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required; college coursework preferred
- Minimum 6 months customer service or community service experience
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Basic proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and digital documentation tools
- Valid California driver's license and reliable transportation
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and occasional holidays
