Responsibilities
- Resolve customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat with 95% satisfaction rate
- Process orders, returns, and billing adjustments accurately
- Document interactions in CRM system with detailed notes
- Collaborate with sales team to upsell products during support calls
- Meet monthly productivity targets of 25+ resolved cases daily
- Identify trends in customer feedback for service improvements
- Maintain product knowledge through weekly training modules
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent; college degree preferred
- 1+ years customer service experience in B2B environment
- Proficiency with Zendesk, Salesforce, or similar CRM platforms
- Exceptional communication skills with neutral accent
- Type 50+ WPM with 98% accuracy
- Availability to work evenings/weekends (20-30 hrs/week)
- Problem-solving mindset with conflict resolution certification
- Must pass background check and drug screening
