Responsibilities
- Manage high-volume inbound and outbound customer calls with a professional and empathetic tone.

- Stay up-to-date with product knowledge and service policies to provide informed support.
- Collaborate with the evening support team to meet daily performance targets and KPIs.
- Escalate unresolved issues to senior management when necessary.
Qualifications

- Ability to work flexible evening hours, including weekends and holidays.
