- Resolve customer inquiries via phone, email, and in-person with 95% satisfaction rate
- Process transactions accurately using our proprietary CRM system
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve complex issues
- Document interactions and maintain detailed case records
- Identify upsell opportunities to enhance customer retention
- Participate in weekly performance improvement initiatives
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (college degree preferred)
- 1+ years customer service experience in fast-paced environments
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office and CRM platforms
- Exceptional communication and conflict resolution skills
- Ability to work flexible shifts including evenings/weekends
- Valid Minnesota driver's license for occasional client visits
- Spanish fluency strongly preferred
