Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years of customer service experience in tech or SaaS industries
- Proficiency with Zendesk, Salesforce, or similar CRM systems
- Exceptional problem-solving abilities and emotional intelligence
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to work independently and within a collaborative team environment
- Comfortable with flexible scheduling including evenings/weekends
