Responsibilities
- Architect the comprehensive 2026 Technology Roadmap and align it with corporate business objectives.
- Lead the research and implementation of emerging technologies, including Generative AI, Quantum Computing, and Edge Computing.
- Oversee the integration of predictive analytics to forecast market shifts and tech disruptions.
- Establish ethical governance frameworks for AI and data usage to ensure compliance and trust.
- Collaborate with C-suite executives to secure funding and resources for high-risk, high-reward innovation projects.
- Recruit and mentor a world-class team of technologists and data scientists.
Qualifications
- 15+ years of experience in technology strategy, executive consulting, or senior engineering leadership.
- Advanced degree (Master’s or PhD) in Computer Science, Engineering, or Business Administration.
- Deep technical expertise in cloud architecture, AI/ML, and distributed systems.
- Exceptional ability to communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
- Proven track record of leading digital transformation initiatives.
