As we look toward 2026, our mission is to integrate autonomous agents with human-centric design. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to deploy next-gen Large Language Models (LLMs) and generative AI frameworks that redefine user experiences.
Responsibilities
- Define and execute the comprehensive AI Strategic Roadmap for 2026, aligning technical vision with business objectives.
- Architect high-performance, scalable machine learning infrastructure capable of handling petabyte-scale data.
- Lead the research and integration of cutting-edge Generative AI and Synthetic Data technologies.
- Oversee the deployment of autonomous agents and intelligent automation systems across enterprise workflows.
- Foster a culture of innovation, mentoring senior engineers and data scientists on emerging AI paradigms.
- Ensure ethical AI governance and compliance with evolving data privacy regulations.
Qualifications
- 15+ years of experience in software engineering and machine learning architecture, with at least 5 years in a leadership role.
- Deep expertise in Python, TensorFlow, PyTorch, and distributed computing frameworks (Kubernetes, AWS/Azure).
- Proven track record of leading AI initiatives from concept to production, specifically targeting 2026-scale scalability.
- Strong understanding of Natural Language Processing (NLP), Computer Vision, and Reinforcement Learning.
- Exceptional strategic thinking skills with the ability to forecast industry trends and adapt architectures accordingly.
- Master’s degree or PhD in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related technical field.
