Responsibilities
- Prepare specialty coffee beverages with precision and artistry
- Engage customers with personalized recommendations and warm service
- Maintain pristine workspace and equipment hygiene
- Operate POS systems and handle cash transactions accurately
- Collaborate with team during peak hours for seamless operations
- Source and inventory premium coffee beans and ingredients
- Participate in seasonal menu development and tastings
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year professional barista experience
- Expert knowledge of espresso extraction and latte art
- Ability to work efficiently in fast-paced environments
- Strong communication and conflict resolution skills
- Availability to work weekends and early mornings
- Food Handler's Certification preferred
- Passion for sustainable sourcing and ethical coffee practices
- Basic math proficiency for inventory management
