Responsibilities
- Prepare and serve a wide variety of high-quality espresso drinks, teas, and pastries.
- Greet customers warmly and take accurate orders while maintaining a friendly demeanor.
- Maintain a pristine, organized, and sanitary work area, including the espresso bar and dining area.
- Operate coffee brewing equipment and POS systems efficiently during peak hours.
- Follow all health and safety regulations and sanitation standards strictly.
- Build strong relationships with regular customers and provide personalized service recommendations.
- Assist with inventory management, restocking supplies, and cleaning duties as needed.
Qualifications
- Previous barista experience is preferred but not required; we provide comprehensive training.
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 lbs regularly.
- Strong communication skills and a positive, customer-centric attitude.
- Reliable attendance and the ability to work early mornings, weekends, and holidays.
- Basic math skills for accurate cash handling and register operations.
- Enthusiasm for coffee culture and a desire to learn new brewing techniques.
