Responsibilities
- Prepare and serve a variety of hot and cold beverages, adhering to strict quality and recipe standards.
- Greet customers warmly and provide excellent service at the counter and drive-thru.
- Maintain a pristine and organized workspace, ensuring all equipment is clean and sanitized.
- Operate espresso machines, blenders, and Point of Sale (POS) systems efficiently during peak hours.
- Handle customer inquiries and feedback with a smile, resolving issues to ensure high satisfaction.
- Assist with food preparation and inventory management to minimize waste and maximize freshness.
Qualifications
- No prior barista experience is required (Paid training is provided for the right candidates).
