Responsibilities
- Prepare and serve specialty coffee drinks following precise recipes and quality standards
- Operate espresso machines, grinders, and other coffee equipment safely
- Provide outstanding customer service and build rapport with regular patrons
- Maintain clean and organized workspace including espresso station and dining area
- Process transactions accurately and efficiently using POS systems
- Assist with inventory management and restocking of coffee supplies
- Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth daily operations
Qualifications
- No prior coffee experience required – paid training provided
- Basic math skills for handling cash and transactions
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
- Flexible availability including weekends and early mornings
- Food Handler's certification (will be provided if not already held)
- Passion for coffee and willingness to learn specialty techniques
