Responsibilities
- Prepare and serve specialty coffee drinks according to company standards
- Operate espresso machines and brewing equipment efficiently
- Provide exceptional customer service with a warm and welcoming demeanor
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the coffee station and dining area
- Process customer orders using POS systems and handle cash transactions
- Assist with inventory management and restocking of supplies
- Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth daily operations
