Responsibilities
- Prepare specialty coffee drinks with precision and artistry following established recipes
- Deliver exceptional customer service through personalized recommendations and warm interactions
- Maintain pristine cleanliness of workstations, equipment, and customer areas
- Process cash and digital payments efficiently while maintaining accuracy
- Collaborate with team members during peak hours to ensure seamless operations
- Source and stock premium coffee beans and café supplies
- Uphold food safety standards and sanitation protocols
- Participate in daily inventory management and waste reduction initiatives
Qualifications
- Minimum 6 months experience in food service or customer-facing role
- Proficiency in espresso machine operation and milk steaming techniques
- Strong cash handling and basic math skills
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment during peak hours
- Flexible availability including early mornings, weekends, and holidays
- Valid food handler certification (or willingness to obtain)
- Passion for coffee culture and continuous learning
- Physical stamina to stand for extended periods (up to 8 hours)
