Responsibilities
- Prepare and serve specialty coffee drinks with precision
- Operate espresso machines and brewing equipment
- Provide exceptional customer service in a high-volume setting
- Manage cash transactions and POS systems
- Maintain cleanliness of workstations and customer areas
- Assist with inventory management and stock rotation
- Train on new menu items and seasonal promotions
- Collaborate with team members during peak hours
Qualifications
- Previous barista or food service experience preferred
- Strong customer service orientation
- Ability to stand for extended periods
- Basic math skills for transactions
- Flexible availability (early mornings, weekends required)
- Must be 18+ years old
- Reliable transportation to O Street location
- Positive attitude and team player mentality
