Responsibilities
- Expertly prepare and serve specialty coffee beverages (espresso, lattes, cold brew)
- Deliver exceptional customer service with personalized recommendations
- Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of workstations and equipment
- Operate POS systems and handle cash transactions accurately
- Manage inventory and restock supplies efficiently
- Collaborate with team during peak hours to ensure seamless operations
- Uphold brand standards and promote loyalty program initiatives
Qualifications
- Minimum 6 months of barista or food service experience
- Proficiency in espresso machine operation and latte art
- Strong knowledge of coffee brewing techniques and bean varieties
- Outstanding communication and multitasking abilities
- Ability to work flexible shifts including early mornings/weekends
- Food Handler's Certification (or willingness to obtain)
