Responsibilities
- Expertly prepare and present specialty coffee drinks following premium recipes and standards
- Provide exceptional customer service with personalized recommendations and genuine hospitality
- Maintain a spotless, organized workspace and uphold strict hygiene protocols
- Operate espresso machines, grinders, and POS systems with precision and efficiency
- Collaborate with team members during peak hours to ensure seamless service flow
- Assist with inventory management, restocking, and quality control of coffee products
- Participate in ongoing training to master new brewing techniques and menu items
Qualifications
- Minimum 6 months of professional barista experience required
- Deep knowledge of coffee brewing methods, bean varieties, and flavor profiles
- Proven ability to multitask in high-volume settings while maintaining quality
- Exceptional communication skills and a warm, approachable demeanor
- Availability to work early mornings, weekends, and holidays
- Basic math skills for handling cash transactions and inventory
- Food Handler's Certification preferred (or willingness to obtain)
